WPA Annual Report 2025/26
The WPA’s Annual Report provides a summary of the Association’s key activities between May 2025 to April 2026.
This report covers the main strands of our work and how we delivered on our business priorities:
- Promote the role of the property sector in creating both near and long-term socio-economic success in Westminster.
- Support members and stakeholders in the creation of a more diverse and equitable City.
- Support the delivery of sustainable development and amplify the sector’s role in a low carbon future.
The report includes the WPA’s business priorities for the second year of James Raynor (Chief Executive, Grosvenor Property) as Chair of the Association. These priorities for 2025–27 were agreed at the Annual General Meeting in May 2025 and are summarised in the graphic below.
