Your WPA membership year

Membership runs from 1 January to 31 December each year and is automatically renewed unless we receive notice of cancellation as detailed below.

Subscription fees

Subscription fees are subject to review and details of the same on our website are updated accordingly.

Payment of subscription fees is due annually in advance and in any event by no later than 30 days after the date we issue you with an invoice in respect of the same. Please note that membership is charged on a pro-rata quarterly basis.

To allow us to plan our resources all subscription fees are non-refundable in the event of termination of membership.

Membership is corporate, and does not cease when a lead member leaves a member company.

Unpaid subscription fees

Membership subscriptions form the majority of our income. Unpaid subscription fees therefore impact directly on our ability to plan and provide services for members. Consequently we reserve the right to take necessary steps to recover unpaid subscription fees, including legal action where necessary.

Termination of membership

You may terminate your membership by giving us notice in writing by no later than three months prior to the start of the next membership year. The date of cancellation is taken from the date of receipt, and proof of receipt is required. Membership fees are not refunded in any part for resignations during the Membership year.

We may terminate your membership in accordance with the provisions set out in our Articles of Association.
