Membership is open to owners, investors and developers of real estate in the City of Westminster - as well as the essential professional service providers which support the sector, including architects, planning consultants, legal professionals and project managers. Our membership is overseen by the Membership Committee, which ensures the Association continues to represent and champion the property sector in Westminster.

Membership Fees

*If your company is a not-for-profit and has less than 25 employees in the UK, please select the membership fee band that best represents your company size.

In fewer than 100 words please describe your organisation’s relevance to the Westminster’s property industry. Please also inform us if another member company has recommended joining the WPA.

Lead Representative Details

Your nominated Lead Representative will be the primary point of contact between your company and the WPA. This is usually a senior company employee who is actively engaged in Central London property.

Submission of this form is a formal application for membership of the Westminster Property Association. Once submitted, your application will be considered by the Association's executive and may be referred to the Membership Committee. On acceptance you will become a member of the Association with immediate effect, and an invoice for the annual subscription will be issued.
