In our upcoming seminar, we will explore the vision behind The Acre, Covent Garden’s largest office development from Platform Associates and Northwood Investors.
Originally designed by Richard Seifert – the architect behind the iconic Centre Point – The Acre has been reimagined by Arup, Gensler and Lendlease to provide 265,000 sq ft of prime office and amenity space, whilst retaining over 80% of the existing 1970s structure.
Hear directly from the project team as they share how The Acre has been transformed from inception and vision through to delivery and completion. A quick-fire panel session will follow, exploring some of the key themes of the project, including delivering commercial development in Covent Garden, heritage challenges and opportunities, architectural legacies and balancing sustainability with project needs.
