The first-ever WPA NextGen Run & Network brought together young property professionals for a 5km run of the West End, combining fitness, networking and industry insight.
Along the route, attendees explored some of the West End’s newest developments, public realm improvements and green spaces, while discussing the role of amenity in shaping the future of commercial environments.
The morning finished at The Fitzrovia – a recently completed mixed-use development from M&G Real Estate, Nomura and CO-RE– where members refuelled over breakfast, networked with peers, and enjoyed an exclusive tour of the building led by the project team.
This event was organised by the WPA NextGen Committee:
- Christian Capocci – Associate Director, London Capital Markets, Colliers
- Rupert Calvert – WPA NextGen Chair & Project Director, Darling Associates Architects
- Kana Nomoto – Principal Consultant, Momentum Transport Consultancy
- Alice Oborne – Residential Lettings Manager, The Howard de Walden Estate
