London Real Estate Forum 2019

17 Jun 2019

Last week, WPA attended the London Real Estate Forum (LREF) for a two-day programme of panel discussions, roundtables and receptions with industry and political stakeholders.

The theme of this year’s conference was “People not Property” and invited a number of discussions and presentations on topics such as placemaking, student life and the future of retail. Charles Begley, Executive Director of WPA, represented the Association by moderating a panel discussion on wellbeing. James Cooskey, WPA Board Member and Director of Central London at The Crown Estate, sat on the City of Westminster panel, alongside Barbara Brownlee, Executive Director of Growth, Planning and Housing at Westminster City Council.

WPA were also delighted to exhibit a stand at LREF (pictured above) and to have hosted a roundtable discussion on Good Growth.

Good Growth has been a key work stream for WPA following the publication of our Building Trust research paper.
