Our first WPA seminar of 2026 will examine the key developments set to shape the planning and development landscape in Westminster, one of London’s most important commercial hubs.
The event will feature industry leaders and expert voices who will delve into commercial market demand and supply, the economic outlook, the establishment of the Oxford Street Development Corporation, May’s local elections and emerging national and regional planning policy.
A concise market and policy update will open the seminar, followed by a panel discussion considering what these trends and political changes could mean for investment and development across the borough.
