This year’s WPA AGM Evening Reception will take place at Derwent London’s 25 Baker Street, a major new design-led workplace located in the heart of the West End.
This year’s reception will mark the second year of James Raynor’s Chairmanship of the Association. During his keynote, members will hear about WPA’s priorities for the year ahead, alongside findings from our latest research, Economic & Social Value of Westminster’s Property Sector, which assesses the economic and social contribution of WPA’s 200+ member companies to the City of Westminster and London more widely.
Recently completed, 25 Baker Street is a landmark mixed‑use development offering over 200,000 sq ft of Grade A office space alongside retail, leisure and residential uses in Marylebone.
