We welcomed 70 members and guests to an intimate evening reception at The Office Group’s FORA office at Duke Street Property’s Parcels Building.
Members were welcomed to the FORA auditorium by Tim Reade (Managing Director, Duke Street Property) before hearing from keynote speaker Enrico Sanna (CEO, The Office Group).
Enrico described how the pandemic had shown that there is a need for more than just functional office space with desks and chairs. Employers are instead seeking workplaces close to transport key nodes that are amenity-rich, boost wellness and enable staff to flourish, summing the 5 key ingredients for a successful workspace as:
