Sustainability Summer Showcase

23 Jul 2024 to 23 Jul 2024
8:00 am to 10:30 am

Are you a Westminster business, or a Sustainable City Charter signatory? If so, you can join us at Somerset House for our breakfast seminar celebrating two years of the Westminster Property Association and Westminster City Council’s Sustainable City Charter.

Our expert speakers listed below will share case studies and examples of best practice, looking at construction, deliveries, engaging occupiers, energy use and supply chains and will showcase the innovative ways that signatories are meeting their sustainability commitments.

This will be followed by a panel session chaired by John Davies, Chair of the Sustainable City Charter Steering Group and Head of Sustainability at Derwent London.

The Sustainable City Charter is an innovative business-led climate action pledge and network for organisations based in Westminster. The Charter contains eight commitments for reducing carbon emissions from non-domestic buildings and is a network of likeminded businesses and organisations covering over 28 million sq ft of commercial floor space in Westminster.

You can find out more about the Charter here.

Date: Tuesday 23 July

Time: 8:00am – 10:30am
