Taking place at a pivotal moment as the Oxford Street Development Corporation (OSDC) formally assumes planning powers for the district, this breakfast seminar will examine the bold transformation now underway for the nation’s high street.
Jointly hosted by the WPA and New West End Company (NWEC), this timely update will examine how the OSDC intends to deliver the Mayor of London’s vision for Oxford Street and support its long‑term success as a leading commercial, retail and leisure destination.
Senior representatives from the OSDC will provide an update on the delivery of Phase 1 of the pedestrianisation programme, alongside plans for future phases, followed by a panel discussion, chaired by WPA Board Member and NWEC Chair, Paul Williams (Chief Executive, Derwent London) who will be joined by leaders from across the property and retail sectors.
