Westminster Property Association (WPA) has responded to the Greater London Authority’s consultation on the proposed pedestrianisation of Oxford Street, as well as the establishment of a Mayoral Development Area (MDA) and associated Mayoral Development Corporation (MDC).
In the response we state our support for initiatives that are designed to drive the long-term regeneration and prosperity of Oxford Street, stressing the importance of implementing any initiatives urgently and with clarity to prevent uncertainty for industry.
