CIL REGULATIONS Following consultation last year on detailed proposals for the introduction of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), the Government today published and laid before Parliament the final text of a set of draft regulations which the Secretary of State is empowered to make by Part 11 of the Planning Act 2008. These Regulations will, subject to approval by MPs, come into force on 6 April 2010.
